Angela D. Pennington Angela has been employed with the Town of Wytheville since July 2003. She is currently the Utility Billing Clerk & the Accounts Payable Clerk. She is the backup to the Treasurer and assists with customers and answering the telephone. Angela graduated from Radford University in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. |
