	Michael G. Stephens, MGT Michael has been Treasurer since March, 1985. He received his Certified Governmental Treasurer (CGT) designation in August, 1990 and his Master Governmental Treasurer (MGT) designation in August, 2000 from the University of Virginia. Michael is a native of Wytheville and graduated from both George Wythe High School and Wytheville Community College. Michael also received his Bachelor of Science from Radford University in 1983. Michael oversees the financial operations of the Town.
