 Diltz Special Exception Permit

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, at 6:00 P.M., on May 8, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to consider the request of Katherine A. Diltz for a special exception permit to operate a barber and beauty shop at 775 North Fourth Street, which is located on the west side of North Fourth Street between Fulton and Ridge Streets, in an R-2 Residential District.  Entrance Corridor Regulations - Route 21 South

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 8, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to consider placing the Entrance Corridor Overlay District on Route 21 South from 14th Street to the Town Corporate Limit Line, and it will regulate properties 200 feet on either side of Route 21 South.  Comprehensive Plan Stream Restoration Amendment 2014

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town Council of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to consider an amendment to the Environmental Goal and Objectives Section of the Town of Wytheville Comprehensive Plan to include an objective regarding the plans for a reach-wide stream restoration in the town.
