Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Article XXI – Regulating Outdoor Advertising in Sight of Public Streets in the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, (Sign Ordinance). Malmberg Special Exception Permit
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the Town of Wytheville, Virginia, at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 11, 2010, in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building to consider the request of Ronald W. Malmberg dba Powerhouse Services for a special exception permit to conduct a contractors’ rental equipment business at 1370 West Reservoir Street, which is located on the north side of Reservoir Street between 24th and 26th Streets, in a B-2 Business District.
