C. T. Eagle, Sr. C. T. started working for the Town of Wytheville in June of 2003. He is responsible for the developing of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), 911 addressing, mapping, and surveying. C.T. graduated from Wytheville Community College in 1993 with an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology. C. T. has worked specializing in Engineering for Local Government since 1994. |
