Robert E. L. Huddle, III Robert Huddle has been with the Town of Wytheville since August 1991 . He started out as the Project Inspector for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Enlargement Project. He became the Director of Engineering in July 1993. He oversees the workings of the Engineering Department as well as the Water and Wastewater Plants. He holds a Professional Engineering license. |
