The Administrative Services office is responsible for the administrative operations of the Town. Our offices assist citizens with questions regarding rules and regulations of the Town, permits and/or applications for rezoning, subdivisions, streets closings, special exception permits, etc. Administrative services is also responsible for the human resource activities for the Town, which includes hiring, training, recruitment, payroll, and safety. In addition, administrative services is responsible for computer operations, which is comprised of computer hardware design, software, maintenance, and cell/land phone systems for the Town's various departments.

Sharon P. Hackler, MMC Sharon has worked in the Town Office since July 1980 and has served as clerk since 1984. She received her Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation in 1994 and her Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) designation in 2004 from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. Sharon is a graduate of Wytheville Community College and has a Bachelor's Degree from Radford University. She is the Director of Administrative Services/Town Clerk and oversees the administrative operations, Human Resource office, and Computer Operations office. |

Steve L. Henley Steve has been employed with the Town since 1996. His job responsibilities include the design and implementation of all computer hardware, software systems and oversees cell phone and land phone systems for all Town Departments. Steve has designed and supervised the installation of the Town's fiber optic network. Steve is a graduate of New River Community College. |

Ronald Jude Ron has been an employee of the Town since September 2001. Ron's duties include overseeing all audio-visual and computer operations at the Community/Meeting Center and assisting in maintaining the Town's computer hardware and software. Ron is a graduate of Rets Electronics Institute. |

Jeff Hooper Jeff is the newest member of the Computer Operations Department. He has been employed since February 2007. Jeff's duties include designing and maintaining the Town's websites and assisting in maintaining the Town's computer hardware and software. Jeff has a certificate in Web Page Design from Wytheville Community College. |

Sherry G. Corvin Sherry has been employed with the Town since May 1992. She works in the Town Clerk's Office as Chief Deputy Clerk. Her job responsibilities include working closely with the Town Clerk, and the Assistant Town Manager, and serving as secretary to the Planning Commission. She has previously worked in several Town departments including the Public Information Office, the Treasurer's Office, and the Police Department. Sherry is a graduate of Wytheville Community College and a Certified Planning Commissioner. |

Marilyn E. Jackson Marilyn has worked for the Town since May 2001. Her job responsibilities include handling correspondence for the Town Manager, the Director of Public Safety and certain administrative functions for the Public Safety Department. She attended Douglass College in New Brunswick, NJ and Cornell University in New York, NY. |

Donna L. Stroupe Donna has been employed with the Town since March 1979. She has worked in the Treasurer's Office, was Assistant Town Clerk, and presently does work for the Public Works, Building Official, and Engineering Departments. Some of her various duties include issuing building permits, typing reports, and serving as Secretary to the Board of Zoning Appeals. She also handles applications for the Board of Architectural Review. Donna is a graduate of WCC. |

Libby C. Henley, PHR Libby has been employed in the Human Resource Department since August 1982, and began employment as Payroll Clerk. Her job duties include administering the Town's pay plan, maintaining the employee's personnel files, job recruitment, coordinating the Town's safety programs and training, and other payroll duties. Libby has a Bachelor's Degree from Bluefield College, and received her certification in Professional Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management in Dec. 2001. |

Kristi H. Jackson Kristi has been an employee of the Town since March 2005. She has previously worked in the Treasurer's Office and is presently Payroll Technician. Kristi's duties include processing the Town's payroll, including calculation of timesheets, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Also, Kristi is knowledgeable of human resource activities. |
